"House was small and smelled bad. I went to get a quote but was told to reschedule. It looks like the staff was on their lunch break and too busy to assist me at that time. I ended up going to Allstate a few blocks away and had a much better experience."

"My mom and I switched our policy to State Farm / Julie back during Covid at the recommendation of our neighbor at the time because American Family was going to RAISE our rates by $200 while everyone else was lowering or doing what they could for their policy holders. Not only did Julie get us a lower rate than what we were paying before the increase, but her team continuously beats the competition (I shop rates every now and then). I recommend everyone to Julie & team not just for the best prices and knowledge, but for the amazing customer service as well via in person, over the phone, text and email. Everyone is great - and handles my ever changing multi-vehicle policy with ease :)"
