"A few months ago I transferred my home and auto insurance to Julie's agency and I couldn't be happier. For the coverage I wanted, State Farm's rates were the lowest, and the service has been exceptional. I've been working mostly with Rene and she was very professional in exploring my various coverage options and answering any questions. Most recently, Rene warned me in advance my defensive driving course had lapsed and I would need to retake it to keep the discount. My previous insurer would have never done that. I used to have State Farm years ago, and had forgotten how nice it is to have a dedicated agent. As an aside, I live in Lakewood (the one south of Tacoma) and when I originally requested an on-line quote, I was expecting one from a local agent. However, Julie's office was the one that responded so I went with them, and I'm glad I did."
